The resource was developed in order to help professionals involved in supporting young people to prepare and make significant educational and career choices for a diverse and ever changing labour market.To support the delivery of the National Careers Service, the Careers Solutions Development Team have worked with the National Careers Service Greater Manchester Prime Contractor to ensure the resource is also suitable for use with adults, to assist with their progression routes into and within employment and learning.
