This resource is the result of collaborative work between staff from Connexions services across the 10 boroughs of Greater Manchester, led by Careers Solutions and New Economy. The resource was developed in order to help professionals involved in supporting young people to prepare and make significant educational and career choices for a diverse and ever changing labour market.In preparation for the new National Careers Service, the Careers Solutions Development Team have worked with the Next Step Greater Manchester Prime Contractor to ensure the resource is also suitable for use with adults, to assist with their progression routes into and within employment and learning.
